We are looking for a talented and experienced Production Designer to join our creative team and lead the visual development of our film, television, or commercial projects. As a Production Designer, you will be responsible for creating the overall look and feel of a production, working closely with the director, cinematographer, and other key departments to ensure a cohesive visual narrative. Your role will involve conceptualizing and designing sets, locations, graphics, props, lighting, and costumes that align with the story and artistic vision of the project.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in art and design, with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of visual storytelling. You should be able to translate scripts into compelling visual environments and manage a team of art directors, set designers, and decorators to bring your vision to life. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you will be working with various departments to ensure that all visual elements are consistent and support the narrative.
In this role, you will be involved from the early stages of pre-production through to the final stages of post-production. You will participate in location scouting, create mood boards and concept art, oversee set construction, and ensure that all visual elements are completed on time and within budget. Your creative input will be crucial in shaping the audience's experience and enhancing the storytelling through visual design.
